This is everything we own, grouped by category, with the model numbers listed where the model matters. It all goes out the same way: we deliver it, set it up, tune it to the room, test it and pick it up, and every job is insured. We rent complete systems rather than individual items, with a technician on site for the services that call for one, so delivery, setup and collection come with every booking.
How the equipment list works
This page is the inventory behind every quote we send. It is here so you can see what we own before you call, and so you can tell whether we are the right company for the event you are planning. Each category links to the page that goes into detail on it.
Everything ships as a production package. We deliver it to your venue, build it inside the load-in window, dress the cabling, line-check it and tune it to the room, then strike it afterward, and a technician stays on it for the event on the services that call for one. Placement, gain structure and a line check in the room are what decide whether a room sounds right, and all of that travels with the crew rather than in a road case.
You will notice this page lists families rather than counts. Our inventory turns over as we buy, sell and replace boxes, and a number printed here would be out of date within a season. So we size the rig to your room on the quote instead. The one exception is the line array, where the box count is part of what you are comparing, and that number is below.

Line array systems

This is the one category where the shape of the audio rig matters as much as the count, because it is part of what you are comparing when you collect line array quotes. Every array we send out is BassBoss DV12-MK3, up to two cabinets a side on heavy duty stands raised to about thirteen feet, over a BassBoss subwoofer array. It goes out on our own inventory, from our own warehouse, with the audio crew who tuned it at the last event.
A line array is the biggest audio system we send out, and it goes up when a room is long, tall or loud: ballrooms where the back tables are eighty feet from the stage, outdoor events open on every side, night club and festival rooms where the low end has to hold together at the barricade and at the bar. The cabinets go up on stands so the coverage clears a standing crowd, and the subwoofers stack on the floor underneath. One audio crew delivers it, aims it, tunes it to the room and stays with it, which is the part of a line array rental that decides how the night sounds.

The compact one, and the one that goes out on the widest range of jobs. It is small enough to sit under a DJ booth or behind a plant and still puts 130 dB of continuous output down to 30 Hz into a room, so it is the subwoofer rental we pair with the DZR and ZLX tops for most weddings and parties.

Mixing consoles and stage monitors

We size the desk to the input list rather than to a package tier. The Allen & Heath SQ-5 is the big digital console, and it comes out when there is a band, a full input list or a show that needs scenes for each segment. The Soundcraft Ui24R and the smaller Soundcraft Ui16 are rack mixers driven from a tablet, which is what we want when front of house has to be a person walking the room instead of a table in the middle of it. The Yamaha MG12XU is the analog desk for simple rooms where a ceremony, a laptop and two microphones is the whole job.
Stage monitors go out with the consoles: Electro-Voice ZLX-12P wedges on the deck for bands and speakers who need to hear themselves, with monitor mixes built during line check and a monitor engineer on larger shows. Microphones and wireless systems

Shure throughout, across the GLXD, SLXD and ULXD families, so we can put the right tier of wireless into a room instead of the only one we own. Handheld transmitters for toasts and questions from the floor, lapel and lavalier for officiants and presenters who move, headset for anyone who needs both hands and a consistent level for an hour.

On the wired side, SM57s on drums, amps and instruments, SM58s for stage vocals, Beta 58s where a vocal needs more reach before feedback, and a Behringer condenser stereo pair for choirs and room capture. The podium rig is a Shure SM58 on a podium stand, so a speaker gets a familiar capsule and we can move the microphone to the person instead of asking the person to lean into a fixed gooseneck. Boardrooms and panels get Pyle push-to-talk tabletop microphones, one per seat, with a clean feed out for the recording. Every microphone we put in a room runs through our AI-powered De-Feedback system, which finds the frequency that is about to ring and pulls it down before anyone in the room hears a squeal. Booths, tables and facades
The furniture around the DJ comes from us as well: booths, tables, plain black and white scrim facades, and booth monitors so the DJ hears the room the way the room hears it. Event lighting
Uplighting, dance floor lighting, follow spot, monogram projection and lasers, programmed and set up on the same booking as the audio, with a lighting operator for follow spot, lasers and complex shows. Overview on event lighting services.
Uplighting
Battery powered RGBAW-UV fixtures on wireless DMX. The amber, white and UV diodes reach true whites, warm ambers and rich pastels beyond the reach of a plain RGB uplight, so we can match linens, florals and brand colors properly. They run on batteries, so they go in corners, on columns and outdoors.
Dance floor lighting
Moving head wash, spot and beam fixtures, effect lights, strobes and blinders, rigged on 4 ft or 8 ft truss totems or on truss depending on what the venue allows. Programmed to the night rather than left on an auto setting. Moving heads, strobes and blinders are a design conversation, so contact us for a custom lighting quote and we will set up a consultation with our lighting design team.
Follow spot
Chauvet DJ LED Followspot 75ST, with an operator. For grand entrances, first dances, award presentations and any moment where the room needs to know where to look.
Monogram and gobo projection
Custom monograms, logos and patterns projected onto a wall, a dance floor or a ceiling, run from our Epson projectors rather than a fixed gobo fixture, so the artwork is yours and can be changed up to the day of the event.
Laser systems
Laser lighting for club nights, festivals and large receptions, programmed and operated by our crew. Lasers carry venue rules and permit requirements that change from room to room and city to city, so we review the venue and the permitting before we quote a system. Bring us in early and we will tell you what your room allows.
Pin spots and stage wash
Pin spots on centerpieces and cake tables so the room photographs the way the planner drew it, and stage wash so speakers and bands are lit rather than silhouetted.
Fog, haze and special effects
Atmospherics make lighting visible and make a first dance look like the photographs people booked it for. Our crew places, tests and clears all of it with the venue before the date, and runs the effects that call for an operator, such as dancing on the clouds, cold sparks and lasers.

Chauvet haze machines

Haze is the thin, even suspension that makes beams and moving lights visible while the room still looks clear. Water based fluid, which is what most DFW venues will approve when they will not approve fog.
Dry ice and low lying fog

The dancing on the clouds effect for a first dance. The Nimbus Jr, the Nimbus and the ADJ Entour Ice are dry ice machines, dropping ice into heated water for the dense white cloud that sits on the floor and disappears at knee height. The Chauvet DJ Cumulus gets the same look from distilled water and haze fluid instead of ice, so it runs continuously for photo and video work and for venues that will not allow dry ice on site. Power, cable and stands

The unglamorous half of the truck, and the half that keeps a venue safe and a floor plan intact. The venue supplies the power, so we walk the room in advance and confirm the circuits are where the rig needs them, rather than finding out on the day. Cable gets dressed and matted instead of taped down in a hurry.
Projection, screens and video

Two projectors that cover opposite problems. The PowerLite 700U throws a large image from a few inches off the wall, which is how we get a monogram or a slide onto a surface in a room too tight for a throw distance. The Pro EX10000 is the long throw unit for ballrooms and general sessions where the projector lives at the back.

Live streaming and cameras

One camera on a tripod for a ceremony, or up to four cut live for a general session. The Blackmagic switcher records isolated feeds from every camera at the same time as it cuts the program, so an editor still has options afterward.

Individual items
We quote production packages with a crew, so every rental is a system set up and tested by our crew rather than a single speaker or a single microphone on its own. If you need one box for an afternoon, we will tell you and point you somewhere that does it.
Delivery and collection
Every rental leaves on our truck and comes back on it. We deliver, set up, test and strike every booking ourselves.
Permanent installs
Installed systems, building integration and AV consulting for a fixed room are a different trade with different licensing. We are an event company, and we leave installs to the firms that do them full time.
Inflatable and outdoor movie screens
Inflatable screens and outdoor movie screens come from a screen vendor. Our projection is built for indoor and covered spaces where we can control the light.
Looking for something beyond the list?
We build every package custom, and this list is what we own rather than the limit of what we can put in a room. All three of those answers are faster than a week of quotes.
